
Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Ingredients
- 6 Cloves Garlic miced
- 3 Cans (14.5 oz) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 onion diced
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 10 Basil Essential Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions

Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the onion. Add 2 pinches of salt. Cook until softened. Then add the garlic.

Add the tomatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add the basil essential oil and the cream.

Serve with the parmesan cheese as a topping.
